... completion of agreement of 3 months they fire and remove them from the service.they don't even pay any incentives.I did 14 bookings in Dynamix Luma Andheri Sahar Road where I didn't get any incentives from the same.Anand Gupta(COO of they company) Vijay Mirani both are cheater in terms of not providing incentives.I have all the proof of their hire and fire policy.many employees who worked for the company religiously they didn't got paid salaries as well. This is awareness of the company please don't work with them.

...een paid a single rupee in incentive. They are still working here since 2 years. They deduct salary randomly without any logic and calculation. Please don't join this company even if it is the last company on earth. Verbal abuse is common. Salary is calculated on 26 working days in a month.

Incentives some time do take a bit long to be released, but this is when the developer dosent pay our company in time, Hiring unskilled employees is sometime a pain issue,
