No work/life balance, Negative work culture, insane timeline for projects, 8 am to 6 pm work timing. You have to be sharply at factory by 8 , any rule can change at any time and you have to follow it, No respect, No proper lunch facilities in Manesar factory, No employee welfare activities. All the above particularly in Manesar location.

... ones who are most inactive, so their appraisal has also not been done properly. The salary of those employees who don't earn anything is also good People who are working for 4 years, their salary is 15 or 16 thousand rupees and people who are working for 2 years, their salary is 20,000 rupees in hand

...very bad situation, No hygiene. - No health Insurance benifits from the company. Health insurance will deduct from the salary. - No deewali/Annual bonus. Not even Single son-papdi box on the occasion of Diwali. - you need to fight for leave - current month salary will credit on 5th day of next month .(Not month end).
