...t became apparent that VVDN Technology fell short of delivering on its promises.From the first month onwards It started to betraying us by reducing the salary. The work-life balance at VVDN Technology was far from satisfactory. Long working hours were expected without proper compensation or acknowledgment of the extra effort. The company appeared to prioritize meeting tight deadlines over the well-being and mental health of its employees. This constant pressure and disregard for work-life balance had a detrimental effect on morale and job satisfaction.the management at VVDN Technology displayed a disconcerting lack of leadership and support. Supervisors and team leaders seemed more interested in exerting control than providing guidance or mentorship. Constructive feedback and performance evaluations were virtually nonexistent, leaving employees feeling undervalued and unsure of how to improve professionally.VVDN Technology failed to offer adequate professional development opportunities. Training programs were scarce, and opportunities for skill enhancement and career advancement were limited. This lack of investment in employee growth further highlighted the company's disregard for nurturing and retaining talented individuals.In conclusion, my experience at VVDN Technology was riddled with poor communication, a stifling work culture, ineffective management, an imbalance between work and personal life, and a lack of professional development opportunities. I would caution anyone considering a career with this company to carefully evaluate their priorities and expectations. If you seek a supportive and fulfilling work environment that fosters growth and values its employees, I recommend exploring other options that prioritize employee well-being and offer better prospects for career advancement.

I was having a very good team, my manager was good and teach me all technical stuffs. Also he teaches us how to improve the skills so that if a company ditch you then it won't affect your career.

...any level and they succeed on this. Each buttering guys get very good increment. Example: One guy having just 2years of exp on nothing and his package is 16LPA, by boot lic*k*ing method. Each time these people goes to BU head cabin and tell about others (example: how much time you spent in cafeteria, toilet, chit chat, your office in out time etc etc). Even if you go for lunch with your team they wont tolerate. Here the socking part is BU head is very much interested to listen all these (instead of concentrating on project activities). BU head's full focus is on these activities, like a school principal. Neither this BU head nor his boot lic*k*ers are having any experience or idea on RF skills. Even though you have good experience on RF still they don't listen/consider you. Due to this all senior and good resources are left company. Neither BU head nor his boot lic*k*ers are able to handle client and projects. We lost lots of project due to this. Their full focus is how to make VVDN as a training institute. They conduct written test exam for seniors if you fail then you loose job. So the conclusion is never hire any academic background people in your company, they will convert the company culture to a college/school. All these spoiling guys (BU head & his boot lic*kers) follow time oriented instead of project oriented.

... ones who are most inactive, so their appraisal has also not been done properly. The salary of those employees who don't earn anything is also good People who are working for 4 years, their salary is 15 or 16 thousand rupees and people who are working for 2 years, their salary is 20,000 rupees in hand

...very bad situation, No hygiene. - No health Insurance benifits from the company. Health insurance will deduct from the salary. - No deewali/Annual bonus. Not even Single son-papdi box on the occasion of Diwali. - you need to fight for leave - current month salary will credit on 5th day of next month .(Not month end).

Sound place to learn about the industry. Good for newbies. Work life balance is good.

Salary and benefits are not up to the marks. No Bonus, gifts and other benefits. Poor and harsh behavior from management.
