Management was good, timely salary, co-operative staff in Mumbai as well as in Delhi. Here you can learn vehicle management and team management.IT team and upper management all are very nice officially as well as human being. you can manage your work from home also. Every alternate months they are arranging meeting if necessary. They are also appreciate team member. Special Thanks to HR Team and Ashutosh Jha, Manjit Singh, Shwetab Mishra who always support me. This is called Company and Management. Fabulous management and thanks to giving me chance to fulfil my potential here. I joined VULCAN in 2014 and was the first Operation manager for west region and the best thing was to create team and get the best staff from the industry to on board in vulcan

After 2 years , as the company started growing , many wrong decision were made in hiring high salary people with no knowledge only on reference people were selected for which now the company is being suffering

i worked very 3 month in vulcun exp. and my experience was very bad and without any time period notice they expelt almost 12 supervisor that was not the right way so i think anyother company never do this.......... thank you

most think that vulcan exp. they never care their employ they, know take 10-12 hours with their employ but not pay very well and sift time never cgange

I would like to inform about our company Vulcan Express Pvt Ltd is the one of the best logistics in part of the member, I also like the employee re hire policy here, and we work happily in collaboration.finally i love vulcun in my family.

The weak Managemrnt cant survive too long as Vulcan existing management is worst ever I have seen in my 14 years of experience. I would not recommend anyone to join Vulcan now or ever. No planning, thus zero execution, no work culture, no future projection and implementation.....nothing is there.

It's all about the top management and their wrong decision and without knowledge of forecast about the market trend and no RNR to the ground team ever.
