Nothing is there to like about Vu alot

...company. Almost 100 up employees were asked to put resignation on the same time. No Provident fund, no bonus, no medical claim, no paid leaves. Employee bulling each other. Company doesn't even have culture.

...ng the they want someone like me, offering me 80% hike, what happened back then? do not join, they made a pregnant lady leave just so they could have her salary during her maternity

...efits(pf, Mediclaim, bonus, increment and so on) No professional work No growth Most important no increment, they will do revised salary in every 3 years with only Rs.2000 in per month which is worst thing ever. Big culprits is higher and older employees, they are been more than 30 years because of the comfertzone and scams. No labour law and HR policy, HR will work as per director Saraf instructions which is horrible. So many dislike.. Don't join this worst company

At the end of the month salary comes at daily basis travelling expenses are been carried by the company Overtime is not been carried Work time is given by our wages

Job privacy or job security isn't there Corporate culture No promotion/appraisal

Good product and you can learn alot working in the company. The office is huge and everything from R&D to Marketing in the same building. Good exposure with the media industry. Team members are very supporting.

Dislikes

Salary Growth is very slow. The company operates more as a family based business rather than a corporate business. Your decisions are not well accepted and you are not allowed to take any business decisions. It operates more like a lala company.
