There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is descent but career growth is slow .there is bond of 2 years before which you can't resign on the job .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... life very long time for this. but not good response for here working employees.not good salary.and not on time payable

I think I like nothing in vtc tradewings pvt.

Dislikes

I am very happy when I join vtc but in one or two months I feel staff and senior is not good. In two months they have give me 7 transferred in every branch staff divide in group.
