I had pleasure working with Russia's leading bank with the first branch opened in India and I was associated since the beginning. Bank have friendly work culture, very supportive management and all Team heads used to work happily in collaboration until bank announced closure.

Dislikes

Little scope to grow as there are no active clients left and the organization is not willing to disburse any fresh loans as well. New management do not value old senior staffs and our work gets unnoticed and our issues unheard, which creates restlessness . No Team players left in the organization . In recent past, Rules/Policies amended by Compliance Officer on a convenient basis whereby blocks operations to perform.
