Like is there is no barrier for contineous learning from different departments Dislike is work life balance and planing propegenda is not upto the mark. Current time lot of politics is happening.

Salary is decent but career growth is very low. But I like and love this company.

Work Culture and Support of boss in technical problem solutions is appricable, company is now more aggressive in expanding the business and you will get good opportunity in learning on shop floor / technical aspects every day.
