No proper product training or market knowledge. The team expects you to close deals out of client relation and the campaign results are not as great as the product claims.

Toxic work culture. I worked from August 2019 to January 2020. The Senior Sales manager, a female is completely toxic so is the director of the company. Whole of the Sales team does a lot of buttering to the director, senior manager & the VP. The campaign management team will prefer campaigns given by the old sales members & does not respect the newly joined sales team members. No training would be given & if there is any mistake done, the sales team will laugh on you. Do not waste your time with this toxic company.

Learned a lot through the vast exposure received. Lucky to have worked with good teammates who have shared the idea of delivering the best service and platform for the customers. HR and financial processes are well placed.

Dislikes

Cant say much here, just that it feels we could have achieved far more and gone further if only capitalized better.

Vserv Digital Service is very good company. All the employees working working over there is very good. All the clients and colleagues co-ordinate with everyone and very nice and care taker.

Revenue Down Employees Down or at the time of appraisal full stop for the employees.
