For fresher it's a good company to learn new technology and get experienced by own hard work from different different sites... And also get confidence for future job.

Dislikes

...g to appreciate. They gave fake promises... But nothing worked as per they said. Salary, appraisal, duties and responsibilities. Nothing was followed legally. Complete cheating management. They have fired a lots of good employees already. Literally harassment on employees, no respect, no values. No work time... also ask employee to work on Sunday. A irresponsible leadership. Also they have hold my salary for 2 months and literally I have to leave the company because of this reason and still not given after resignation. Lots of politics played by senior...

growth is very poor. the work pressure is very high. i have to work 15-19 hrs straight in a day on client site but company do not value an individuals unique strengths. which is why i have take back my suggestions very time.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
