Presently if you are working in a very good company then pls don't join this company. Joining this company will become a biggest mistake in your career. The head of this company love accusing/abusing/harrassing people by using abusive and non parliamentary words against not only the employee but also about the employees family. They always love people leaving this company without a job. There is No job security, they make employee insecure. the head of the company will terminate a employee at anytime for simple mistake. One of the worst adminstration i have ever seen in my 13 years of experience.

Supportive colleagues, Good for white collar job,appraisals are ok , salary is decent , 5 day a week , good for freshers, gain experience and go for next level.

I came with world-class manufacturing company finally I got disappointed with current employer, Standard of work is too poor in all the aspects, safety is not up to the level on shop floor, department wise work support is below average, there is no employee development program in this organisation, dark life work culture, namesake it's a MNC company but no one will feel, there is no proper organisation structure developed. Those who are coming from Chennai forgot about daily family time.

No job security if the manager feels they wants to remove from company immediately they are going to remove them with out any background check and previous work performance calculations lot of politics is going in the company the people who is good in buttering with higher positions they are going to survive

HR didn't provide all the benefits to employees who are not aware Field staff are very struggling due to lack of support from offoce Top management is good only plant management is creating problems Only office staff maintain timing field staff has no timing and management told based on client requirement you need to work
