...till not having any appraisal at all and no chance of getting it in near future. They have not given any salary hike to there staffs from last 3 years. The work place is very bad with zero hygiene and no basic facilities like drinking water, clean washrooms etc. During pandemic they have supported us by giving salary of 1 and half month without working. No other benefits are given, even they have deducted 20 % salary after lockdown for 6 months.

Dislikes

I have very bad experience of working here in VRL because it is very difficult for anybody to grow in this company. The higher management is not giving any attention towards the employees welfare. The inner politics is so bad that they to satisfy personal ego the managers can spoil anybody's career. The personal relations with the managers are very important as they are only giving butter and bread to those people whom they have family relations or support them blindly.

Good work environment and culture. teammates are supportive and the management is tranapparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work like company is yours but they will treat you like you are nothing to them. If you are from north part this company not for you They will never let you go on senior position all south peoples are allowed

They are not increasing salary even you complete 3 years or 5 years also they are not increasing salary. Because day by day basic needs rates will be increasing but in vrl there is no such things like increasing salary that is not happening.

...e was reduced we used to manage our money to pay the petrol at end of the month. Lots of deduction not on salary slip but they charge according to work done Mismatch parcel etc etc.

Dislikes

Basically Vrl is Karnataka based company so they promote there culture people for working which was not fare and they used dominating policy for Marathi people during work overtime extra load. We sometime did hamali work also those people don't care for employee even it was not my job I did loading unloading. No appraisal after one year.
