As a newcomer in this IT Industry ,VRIZE Has given me the opportunity to prove myself and their faith in me has always enabled me to achieve more and more. There is nothing to dislike about VRIZ. Every firm has few advantages and disadvantages and I believe "It is always about you - How you want to move forward and learn new great/positive things from it? ".

Good work-life balance. Easy to reach out to any department. Lots to learn and you're independent to share you thoughts and implementing any new process or work related stuff. Every good work is recognized.

Lesser hierarchy, more power to the employees. Higher management listens to everyone. Inspiring and friendly CXOs and delivery head. Highly rewarding environment for your hardwork. People notice your effort more often. Flexible company policies and benefits.

Dislikes

Nothing specific. If I want to nitpick a few, the technology stack is good in a few projects and not so good in few other projects, just like other service based organization. But the management listens to you if you want to shift to different projects/Technologies.
