Company is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Manager do not value on employee. Need to depute some person who deserve for that post

My colleagues were from multi cultural background, we were happy while working in collaboration. Lucky to have helpful, friendly & supportive reporting head... who always used to encourage me as well as others & use to acknowledge & give recognition amongst higher management....

Pathetic management that came in to effect since Dec 2017... since then so many employees were laid off by saying financial crunch but infact hospital had enough money for its renovation, which is still going on!!! Embarrassing the junior staff became the work culture since then... Even the 'PA' of topnotch designated official, use to yell at anyone without any reason .... No empathy, no humanity nothing for anyone... those who were good in 'buttering' they have made a good team with those people... FO 👍..... Would also like to mention, working hours were strict for everyone except few designated people!! Even the HRD was their puppet, they never questioned those people (amazing isn't it!!)...If asked about recommending this organization to work here...so I will never ever recommend this hospital to anyone.. PLEASE JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK..
