It’s easy to approach management of the marketing team, coworkers were nice and supportive

Salary is very low compared to market standard. Monday to Saturday 9 hours. No work-life balance. Favouritism of senior management and HR. Office location and infrastructure. Zero employee benefit programs.

Delay in payment of salaries from 20 to 30 days. No process and policies for any thing. No one ready to take ownership and decision. Horrible management with no responsibility and accountability.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
