First of all, I want to say never join Vprotect, but if you are a fresher, then join Vprotect for only 6 to 1 year of experience, then leave the job immediately because they will never promote you and you will not get any appraisals in Vprotect. You will always work like a laborer, but you will not get any facilities. They will treat you as a laborer, and then you will have to leave the job. And as an appraiser, you'll get 600 rupees when you complete 1 Year at Vprotect. In the end, I Only want to say that Vprotect will never grow. They never think about their employees. Your seniors will never support you, they only think about themselves. And the company culture and work place are not good they always use bad words and abusive language toward their employees.

Vprotect is an excellent work place which offers the ample growth and learning opportunities to their employees. The company's business is growing rapidly due it's employees and customers friendly policies. I wish Vprotect family to keep up the great work and achieve the new success heights in the forthcoming days.

Good company to work. Flexibility to experiment new things. Concept of the product. HR policies for 3rd party employees are very strong
