The company provides good opportunities to grow in your career, They don't stop you learn as much as you can , coming to compensation if you're a perfect candidate for the position and they require you further they will never leave you , most of the cases it's a win win situation

No Transportation, No food on weekends , appraisals not that much good , based on your colleagues and team mates you can manage your work life balance
