Nothing much.. Maybe salary date. But there is a twist also with salary.

... advantage tend to you and structure is not good and Growth is not there at all. Salary is very poor. and they hold 1 month salary also.

Management has no power to control the organisation. Project Manager's words is the final words and managers r doing partiality with employees. They are given more preference those are from midnapore district. Jr. Project manager is very flirtbaz with girls. Here, experiences and skills doesn't matter for them. If you are girls or basically from midnapore then you will get all facilities and projects. Rest are hopeless for them.... Pathetic work environment.

Everything is horrible the work culture, manager. They won't let you work more than 6 months and will pressurize you to drop paper.

HR (Rinki singh saha) put wrong allegation on employees and give wrong statement during document verification from another company. QA (Abhijit patra) from WFH didnot help employee (me) with voice in first online meeting and also didnot provide proper screen facilities during another online meeting and expects employee to perform. Also Manager Joy saha didnot grant request to order QA to provide proper font size in screen during online meeting, but understood and considered issue at the end of day (whereas both time QA didnot grant any request for second round of help via online meeting until mistakes happened) Only in WFO, QA helps properly with instruction of managers. So be alert from these two people (HR and QA) Note: Seek help from Mukesh kumar and Joy saha project managers whenever any employee in problem even if anyone not a good performer in project. (May get help) Only about manager Joy saha i would say donot carry any diary infront of him.
