A brutally honest review: Nice environment and interactions, good platform for people who want to chill but not very growth intensive, because no clear goal was/is set due to which people tend to relax/end up doing repetitive operational tasks. Not good for budding young people who want to build their career.

Dislikes

Bias for certain sect of people (typical, but more obvious), top-layer plays Backstab Silent Politics. Take employees for granted, sudden no payment of salary/salary cuts without prior notice and biased thinking that working more hours means better work which ends up people like this getting more attention.

Likes

Founders and employees are super cool. Company and its founders are always ears and open for Innovation. Though short tenure, I am glad that I got to work with some talented leaders. Work timings are flexible as far we do our work.

Job security. Like any other start up with fund issues do pose job security

It was pleasure to work in Voonik technologies.Very good environment.They were arranging good training sessions. Every week fun Friday, job security was also good. Good team work each and every employ was good. We also got good appraisals satisfied appraisals. I have learned a lot from Voonik technologies.

I got a good opportunity to learn a lot in customer experience team. I have handle almost all kinds of customers and i hv given them the best solution fr all their issues.Hence, I can happily say that I have had the job satisfaction working at Voonik.

Dislikes

No proper upraisal . Work would be recognized only in the meetings but not during the hike time. Promotion happens but according to the position we were not paid.

An extremely good team to work with. Work itself is quite satisfactory

Dislikes

Company is going through hard times. So job security is zero. CTC changes on a monthly basis. Can go up or down depending on company performance. Off late only goes down.
