They have strict timings so your day will start at 6am and end at 7pm(if you live in the city) They have no process/system, its so chaotic They dont know what to do with new joinees HR dept is useless Security guards act like they own us , wont even let us go outside without a mail The place is in outskirts of city, so you can't have access to anything, you'll have to eat the shit food in factory, by chance you want go out and eat closest thing is a dhaba opp for that you'll have to beg the stupid security guards to let you out. Such old school culture where and all narrow mentality all over And there's no WFH concept at alll.

Company is paying full salary. Company insisted people to self quarantine if travelled from different city. Company has a safe working environment. Company is creating awareness on pandemic. Company gave enough holidays.

Under cost reduction, it took my job.

This is one of the huge busses manufacturing company And driven with best quality in india. The company updated to latest technology, innovation, Customer priority. Hear we can learn lot about automation. The management and Employees are supporting us to learn new things. I loved it 😍

One of the best company in Bangalore is Volvo buses and only one manufacturing plant in india. Company background is very good and there facility also good like canteen and transportation etc.

Dislikes

The work load is not same in all times. That depends on the coustmer orders. Some time we have to work 13 to 14 hours. But that extra time help us to earn extra knowledge.

I used to work when the management was under Volvo group, the food was good, laid back work culture was there.

Dislikes

The company had bad business outlook when I was working then, hence the lack of growth, bad job security was constantly paying out in one’s mind heavily.
