Compensation is decent , growth is slow. The work pressure is low.sometime, I have to work 14 -18 hours straight in a day as have to attend client calls in the something times

You can learn things very very fast and voltech doesn't ask you to sign a bond of 4-5 years where as other companies surely do.

The salary hikes and salary of employees is very poor due to which great talents leave

Nothing except lunch u ll get a free meal if u work in Hq .but site means nothing.

... after 1 week I got a call Ur process is complete come and collect certificate . But they calimed me to pay 10000 rs in cash so I paid they amount and got certificate total for two times travel hotel room etc it costed me around 25. Don't submit certificate. By submitting certificate don't join .plz

...shers to learn the testing and commissioning works there is no doubt about it. No salary on time. No proper accomodation to engineers at work location. No proper transportation to engineers to go site. They make 5 years contract by taking your original educational certificates. If you want to go out you need to pay money to get you educational certificate and experience certificate,salary slip etc. If you work in abroad they hold your 3 month salary. Will not be paid if confront arise with management. My rating should be zero.as there is no option for zero I select minimum. Totally this worst . Not value the humanism,not respect engineers. Worst management. I worked 6 years due to family situation. When I come out from voltech my 2 month salary to they held. Still not paid. It's good platform to youngster who want learn about Electrical power systems.

...contract company hiring only for men power supply for operation and maintenance electrical and instrumentation all work salary leave depends on clients company Voltech engineers pvt Ltd not any design take only order follow to clients company.

Salary time not fix 15 to 25 months Yearly leave minimum given If contract close then release men power not many site for transfer If anyone job less then join without tension
