...shers to learn the testing and commissioning works there is no doubt about it. No salary on time. No proper accomodation to engineers at work location. No proper transportation to engineers to go site. They make 5 years contract by taking your original educational certificates. If you want to go out you need to pay money to get you educational certificate and experience certificate,salary slip etc. If you work in abroad they hold your 3 month salary. Will not be paid if confront arise with management. My rating should be zero.as there is no option for zero I select minimum. Totally this worst . Not value the humanism,not respect engineers. Worst management. I worked 6 years due to family situation. When I come out from voltech my 2 month salary to they held. Still not paid. It's good platform to youngster who want learn about Electrical power systems.

Here job is secure until & unless you performing not well. Work environment is also good. Management is better. Company policies are also good.

...job security is not there. Site fund issue. Not proper response from office end. Leave application approval & leave salary amount not followed by company moms. Salary is coming to late not in time. The management doesn't address our issues.

Salary very low, then not fixed salary received date , and one month salary holding, before information changing the engineers one site another site

Voltech is an excellent platform for electrical engineers to learn and grow.. And obviously growth depends upon their own interest and involvement..added advantage is can learn multiple languages and discover new places.. When it comes to work - life balance its little bit difficult to balance these 2 things.. More u sacrifice more u grow.. For those who love to discover new places & travel voltech will be a heaven.. Apart from the above pros, cons is economical growth of Engineers is vvery less...

...undays) without holiday or week offs but still there will be no compensations.. Still getting same salary.. No standard work times sometimes we need to work 14 hrs at several sites.. Managers never identifies or gives an appreciation.. Freshers will be used to transfer kits all over India for sometime period later only they will be deployed at sites..

Compensation is decent , growth is slow. The work pressure is low.sometime, I have to work 14 -18 hours straight in a day as have to attend client calls in the something times
