Senior member are not responsible for their support (like not provide the stock ,cattelog of products details,they all have EGO talking rudly to their junior member s Rm, Sandeep, Kanpur Asm dherendra Singh,and trainer Sumit and tl too at last time l have sold a side by side refrigerators it was having cooling issue but all senior manager were in unhelpful customer come to store and he was abuse me each and every time But I forwarded the issue but senior were not helpful at last they put pressure for sale and I was in value plus sotre Swaroop Nagar Kanpur they transfer to a shop to me and said give a reginatio letter .or they will terminate me from company.

This company is best for beginners. beginners take a lot of opportunities to learn and grow themselves. Voltasbeko is a part of Tata group, hence job is also secure.

Here management is not good as they know. Process of working is not enough to called well management.

Only good thing about is company is they will teach you how to fool employees, by give a practical experience on. Further this company (HR Team) is good at using people's situation and getting hard labor out of every employee

As a Tata enterprises voltasbeko is failure for all ethics that Tata is known for. From them each employee is a labor or human machine as work culture isn't at all social as all emphasis from HR is only to get hard labor from each employee

Good environment and culture but there is a problem company management does not see your expertise thay give you work and you have to work what they give you i am electrical diploma engineer but in my company i am not able to use my electrical engineering skills
