There will be job security and work life balance is also there. Policies are very good. No work load because they hire people more than required.

... working there since 2017, I did join the company with campus recruitment drive. After 4 years I was expecting raise in package and designation but there wasn't any as expected. At that time some new experienced people joined my team with very high package who even don't know anything about the work that they have to do even telling them the same thing 3 4 times. This really discourage someone who is already working in organisation for years with same package but with more tasks and responsibilities and new joinees are just like in their honeymoon period. They don't even care about their work. This culture should be improved.

More politics. Dominating work culture. WORK AT AHD location. If you want work with team then Jukke rahena padega. If managers say this correct then you have to believe it even if it wrong.

Pros: (1) Job security (2) Salary hike (if you get) (3) So many processes to learn and utilise/gain skills

Dislikes

Cons: (1) Biased company - appeasement of musIims is clearly visible.. They'll celebrate Christmas and will give grand Iftaar parties...but won't celebrate hindu festivals on that scale (they do but for formality). Most senior leadership is also musIim. (2) Increment and Promotion is mainly based on how is your repo with your manager, not on how talented employee you are. (3) Leaves- They'll make you feel guilty whenever you ask for leaves, as if your manager is compensating from his own pocket.

No job security is there, the HR policy is worst in the company. The manager is also doesn't care about the employee handling and you have wait for many days for the remaining salary. Always you have to ask for the salary each and every month. The managers are irresponsive!!

Everything! Starting from management to the people who manages the teams! I was laid off without any compensation and was not even given the last month's salary which I worked and I had to send the laptop (which was a used one and faulty too when I first received it) back to them on my own expense.
