... specific team not for everyone. Saturday/Sunday are off for specific team only. There is no compensation benefit for teams who work on Saturday/Sunday even though they are entitled to take off as per HR policy. No compensation benefit for working on National Holidays also.

I was joined to the company as Audit executive.But after joining I was informed to do card sales.I liked the benefits of the bus card.

Dislikes

Lack of service after sale of the card to the customer. Not taking strict actions on the complaints of the passengers. Very poor customer care service

All the colleagues were very helpful and co-operative when it comes to work. Good coordination among employees.

Dislikes

Only one week off. No promotion scope for tenure employees and appraisal rate is very poor.

The work life balance is really good. You have lot of opportunities to learn different things while working on the project. Management is really good.

No proper SOPs for projects and doesn't follow industrial standards.

Work environment is good for learning and encouraging to develop new skills.

There is too much micro management at all levels, there is a good amount of communication gap between different teams within the company. Tasks are highly time dependent instead of solution dependent, which causes employees to stress out in many occasions.
