I liked nothing about working there its and company for illiterates, extreme level of politics all VP's are diploma holders so they don't see someone talented in team instead they feel insecure about the person. Still I have not received my compensation money even after 3 months. There is no HR department in this company, the company secretary herself is HR department. She is rule maker as the MD are also illiterates they are least bothered about the organisational structure and policies. Firing rate is very high. Beware before joining. Talk to the employees working there before you join this lala chhap organisation. And yes there is no appraisal system. If lala is happy ( which I have never seen) and if you are good at flattering your boss then only there's a chance for increment once in 2 years.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
