1. Very strong 'Yes Boss' culture, where 'alignment with the management' is more rewarding than professional competence. 2. Company is moving away from it's core competence (Speciality Welding Consumables) and focusing on 'also-ran' Standard Welding, thus diluting margins and brand image. 3. Acquisition of Maruti Weld in 2013 has not gone well for the company, as the culture and quality systems followed by the acquired company are at variance with those of the European acquirer. Consequently, all efforts put in to build up the company's market position as a premium Welding consumables manufacturer has taken a beating.

Working environment is good. Training Session are held time to time like as safety training, Fire training, improvement training etc. Good Management, a learning n improvement skills company
