Previously, I wrote a review and gave a 5-star rating, primarily because of pressure from the HR department. In reality, the work culture here is severely lacking. There is no proper management of work or structured processes in place. The company has no significant technical projects and relies heavily on VMS events from the parent company. Favoritism is rampant, and the hire-and-fire practice is common, often without providing any reason or notice to employees. The environment discourages honesty, as employees fear retribution. Additionally, there is a notable issue with certain individuals who, due to their favored status with the co-founders, exhibit unprofessional and bossy behavior.
