...r seen such a fraud company (VMAS ASIA) the director of this company is cheater. There is no single employee in the VMAS who got full salary, now all employees have left this scam I have proof on email, most of employees have sent legal notice to Anusik Pagre who is fraud guy(he already jailed twice due to scam) there is another director Manish I have been working there for the last 8 month and i got only 1 month salary yet, I have wasted my time here because the director gives hope, he gave more 1000 fake commitments over the salary Hence I'll suggest all don't join such fake company. If anyone wants to know the truth then feel free to contact me I'll show you all the evidence

Its a pleasure working here for more than 1.5 yrs. I have seen this organization raising up and come up after many obstacles and difficult situations initially. This makes them understand the do’s & don’t for the employees resulting to take the culture almost comfortable to the employees. The best feature is hybrid working culture, All communications are at employees portal and online. Verbal communication is not at all consider to be formal way of communicating which brings statements documented. 5 Days a week with 3 days WFH allowed.

Dislikes

No mass marketing campaign. Sticking always to the strategic plans which is not every time good for a company to get in India. HRs takes 1 day to revert for online portal communications.
