Poor management, Worst HR, No Work life balance, Most of the times you need to do over time like 9 hr and 12 hr.... some times more than 12 hrs. Worst increament policy not performance based fixed increament and if you do over time you will not get money for that and no weekend allowance also. Worst experience. Most of the times you need to come Saturday and Sunday too.

Finance team support more. What ever ask doubt or payslip form 16 everything they provide early.

Hr pradeep more partiality in work culture. He is the main reason for i left the organization. He only favour some peoples one, they obsend also he provide present. I worked in my room that tym also he not provide one half day also. Who and all he favour they wont come to the office without login he will give attendance.

It's good but reverse engg and bad working environment you should work like robot with out expression bad leaders and seniors they treat you like a toy that you work for them

I don't like the politics between employees they treat different there's 80per of other states they treat kannadians as outside if you don't speak with their language and u feel cornered
