...ime. Even if you perform well they will fire you saying that there is no growth. No increments or they will talk about increment and not pay you. No benefits at all. Their behaviour is rude. There is nothing new to learn. Only you should have copy-paste skills. Also you cannot talk to your colleagues unless there is a need. You cannot even create a whatsapp group, because if they come to know about it they will ask you to delete it. Yes that is total kidish behaviour and who does that. They will even fire you if you are found talking to your colleagues and take washroom breaks. No work culture at all. They will encourage you to work at late nights but will turn their back on you when it’s increment time. They will tell all your mistake and try not to give you an increment to save their money. This is even less about them. There is a lot to say. And I would advice to think twice before you join there.
