There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.

Likes

They have a policy or strategy, when the employee salary hike time come closer, they tell the employee that your performance is not up to the mark what we have expected. This strategy will hurt mentally for good one and another suppose they give Rs 20000 salary to experienced employee. When experience employee leave due to this strategy they hire new employee with no salary one or more months. Just tell them you work is not upto the mark

The colleges are very friendly and helpful. They always encourage you to learn about new technologies and always be with you in any situation. and a good part of the company is annual function celebration and Saturday HR activity.

Dislikes

The main thing I really dislike is POLITICS. a company is suffering from internal politics. and so-called senior team leader who really don't know about the syntax of PHP but he will try to judge employee on his/her coding. He called him 5-year experience but he doesn't know the syntax of wp_mail function so he copied it from Google. but he will judge smart employe by his cheap politics. If an employee says YES to him then he is his favorite but if someone disagrees with the any point he will not allow him to stay in an organization. and a non-technical manager is also going to judge you because he is also a part of dirty politics.
