Their is nothing good about working at vlippr. they told this is startup company, they mentioned offer letter stipend 5k per month totally 6 months intership duration end of the month we get stipend which they mentioned but the reality is really worst they will assign work they will interact with you through zoom meeting but never show their face, he get every work from us but for free, especially the person sunny who never pay your stipend keep avoiding when you try to reach out them so please if any person wants to join vlippr please consider some other company,

Didn't pay stipend, terrible management and no guidance. If you get an offer, it's most likely that your are struggling to get another offer and they need you for free labour.

I worked at Vlippr as a UI/UX Design Intern for 6 months . At first, it seemed like a good opportunity, but things quickly went downhill. Well, now you can read how they treated employees in other comments, now I did some little research on this company and it got funding around $120k. But the guy who played as a Co-founder of Vlippr (and Vaane) was Sunny Ahlawat. But now you won't get his LinkedIn or name on the company site. Maybe he was on the frontline hired by the original co-founders who are Gaurav Yadav, Gagandeep Chabara, and Sushila Singh. So basically many were playing this scam in the backfoot. I worked there even when my mother was ill and in pain. But I still worked without any excuse because I valued Company Goals. We even worked till midnight. Each member of my team worked very hard no one got a single penny.

In this company I was selected on the basis of the work,which was given by the HR(Harshika Chowdhury)I did it,they were satisfied with my work.After opening my bank account and pan card I send the my full documents to HR.After that I regularly asked her for internship and sponsered letter,she said the hiring team will inform you.I asked to her regularly,after 4 days she said that we have hired another person for the internship.The total time period I worked there was 10 days,this is my first internship,which is really annoying.
