After they hired managers like J who just focus on calling folks to offices and doing micromanagement, their rating went down from 4.9 last year to 3.9, they have become hire-fire company now.

...and ease of work. Platforms for internal collaborations and sharing learnings. All operations (salary, tax and audit, appraisal processing, etc.) streamlined and automated and hence never delayed.

Hire and fire company if you want to loose your image then join this company, noida base scam company give confirmation of employment then sudden they will terminate you so job security.

They never negotiate salary once you join you will receive half payment

Supportive management, easy to communicate with the directors and another management team. One of the important this most adoptive environment

Job insecurity, salary delayed, appraisal process, HR behavior( they behave as owner even owner/directors are more polite and communicative)

Great Work Culture and management is very good and easily reachable. Very Good work life balance HR and Operations team listen to the employees and are very Co-operative. VLink is very employee centric.. Flexible working hours and easy to get leaves when required. Lot of technical learnings as company is into IT services
