1st its not corporate, it still operates like a baniya sitting on galla. Promotions and appraisals are a joke. variable pay is scam . No leadership from management. No job security, your job can be terminated as per the lala will. most sales are bogus.

1.. There is lots of import work, my skills has developed there. 2. Salary credit on time. 3. Women safety in office.

1. There is no overtime income and overtime not adjust in next working days. 2. There is no personal salary growth. 3. All employees handle multiple profile. 4. There is lots of work load.

Only a few person are supportive there. Sales dept is most valued rest are completely neglected

Very toxic environment from top to bottom. Just like a shopkeeper selling the goods and sucking his workers by multiple paycut excuses; in the same way this company is ignoring the valued and sincere employees. Only sycophants can survive here. Knowledgeable people are humiliated and others are praised. If you really want to get something of your efforts, try for a better culture.
