Everything is worst here be it the work culture, salary or work life balance. There is nothing Work ethics among the staffs. And the worst pat is You are consistently expected to work excessively long hours, often exceeding 12 hours per day. Furthermore, employees should be available 24/7 to take calls without absolute consideration for personal time. Adding insult to injury, the company doesn't recognise Sundays or government holidays as days off. So you have to work 365 days. If any necessary leave taken results in salary deductions, despite the fact that the base salary is already unacceptably low for the demands placed upon employees. This policy is punitive and demonstrates a lack of empathy for employees personal lives and needs. In today's world, where dual-income households are common, it is crucial for employers to respect the importance of personal time and family commitments. This company policies are not only outdated but also exploitative . They create a toxic work environment that prioritises short term gains over the long term health and happiness of its employees and their family. This company needs a serious overhaul in its management practices to prioritise its employees and foster a healthy and sustainable work environment. They need to reconsider their policies regarding work hours, compensation for time off, and ensuring employees safety in the field and also the discrepancies between the promised role and actual work. Its not even worth rating 0 star.
