Salary on time, good MD seating on bangalore. Good team in South india but in north 🤐

Long working hours 24/7, Low pay scale, bad faces boss/Mumbai JMD, toxic environment, no support from senior, blaming games. Bosses always call you 6 pm in evening and instruct you to complete this this work till end of the days and expect from you to work till night because lots of ch@@@tiya is there. Who's have habit to work till 2 am. if you want to grow in this company then you have to awake till 2 pm only to put one whatsup message on group so that boss can show that message to everyone in morning.

15hrs daily working. No Holidays, No Sundays, No Work Life Balance, No Salary Increment, No Career Growth, AGM work culture, Engineers should purchase material as of their own and next company pay to them.
