Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Very bad experience, at the time of joining HR speaks very nicely and they will offer u salary with variable pay. Later it won't pay. Salary not on time. Unsupportive HR department and very bad Management.

Dislikes

everything is bad, you will destroy your career if you join here.

No growth, No Appraisals, Too much workload, Politics, Zero learning, Salary not on time, and forget about variable pay! HR and Account Not supportive. You cant understand what is going in the company, where the company is heading....!! A wrong step in my career!
