Company structure is good. Good facility of cafeteria and games zone but games only for management.

Office politics are prevalent, and salary payments are consistently delayed without satisfactory explanations from the HR department. Policies appear effective only on paper and are selectively enforced. When it comes to termination, any policy can be used as a convenient justification.

Please do not join this company. They do not share actual jd with you. I was hired as a data analyst here. But I was never given a single task which was even closely related to my domain. Also, they have horrible company culture. If they want to fire you, they'll keep targetting you on rubbish things like your clothes. I got tortured so many times for my clothes even when I have always followed formal attire. The corporate politics is horrible here. They don't even know what professionalism is. One day even if your performance is top notch, they'll come and tell you that you are fired and you can go now. How am I supposed to go? It's a night job and cabs are not easily available. They do not even provide women safety that is required and compulsory in a night job. Obviously they could not fire me based on my performance because they have had a lot of profit because of me. But they somehow wanted me out of their company so they tortured me on these rubbish things like my attire(and that too when I followed the attire that they decided). I request everyone to please not join this company. Many of the female employees have left this company due to all these rubbish problems that they create.

IF i were to rate the companies culture and work life balance, i would say it was good , Flat Management they have which helps employees to reach out the senior hierarchy . Overall it was good .

Teamates get poked easily, but after all, its not a company issue.
