Salary is very low and have very very low product or service. Also very very choosy on taking work. In this very very competitive market this approach will result in low business

They just offer you work from home. There is nothing to like about this organisation.

Dislikes

1. No work no pay policy (you can’t take leaves, not even sick leave else your salary will get deducted) 2. No appraisal 3. Toxic and abusive work culture 4. Zero work life balance 5. No company policies and perks 6. You are asked to work even on Saturdays and Sundays 7. No hierarchies and lot of interdependencies due to which your work will get hamper and then you will be questioned. 8. Less workforce so even a non technical person is asked to perform technical tasks with precision otherwise Praveen Bhaniramka (CEO) will abuse you in front of everyone. 9. Reimbursement will not come even for months and salary will get credited either on 4th, 5th or by 7th. There is no proper cycle.

...time of appraisals. This company can shut down anytime. Don't join this company. they cut your salary for every leave you take. No leave policy. No HR policy. only "CEO is always right" policy.

The company is open to innovation and readily latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global and defence client data base. Company policy are open for everyone and flexible.

Some employees are nothing to do but still in company as they are having quality of flattery.
