There is no future growth at this company.Manager will be manager and executive didn't get opportunity to take prompt without manager left his designation.No proper heriachy system. ...t this company Working is 3 post. 1.Team leader 2.Training on VBA 3.Branding If any work little beat incomplete he punished by deducted your salary part day by day 200,500. 1.working time Morning 10 on clock started & Evening 10:00-10:30. 2.All companys are give 4 week on in 1 month but this company not provide sometimes months get 1_2 off. He can not increased ur salary his comapny some employee's descreased last companys CTC.

Vivo is a good company and the salary and other benefits are extremely good. Teammates are supportive. You will get the stress taking skill and u will learn patience.

Dislikes

As it has sub branches in every region the administration from the head office is very difficult. The internal managerial people in sub branches are worst. They are not supportive they will not encourage. Just to save their jobs they will push down their team members. As a sales team one should forget his family just to work for vivo. Honest feedback the managerial and the internal people who must appraise and train the team members only will push down us .

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
