6 days working, no flexible working hours, outskirt location, strict punch system, less salary than market standards.

It is just a trap,once you come in,you will not be able to switch your carrier easly

Dislikes

Indian management sucks ,they only look their profit only ,cost cutting is their fundamental right ,everyone is filling there pocket by just giving inappropriate ideas and management permits. No carrier growth,no salary increment,no skill to develop. You may choose this as temporary carrier,but not a permanent one .

1. Skill development and learning 2. Work satisfaction 3. Good behaviour of Mr. Manager sir with all team members.

Dislikes

1. Salary structure of A level employees 2. If any A level employee continuously Working since 3 years + and there performance is good then they must deserve (Off roll to On roll)

Working time fix and doing work as per KRA.

Dislikes

Salary slap not match as per designation.(i.e-If Engineer 1k then sr.engineer also 1k.same salary). Annual bonus not fix, Annual Appraisal not defined,HR department management part not strong, So many guideline/documents so all employees get confusion.Old employees not value and they have stuck many things impact on personal life.

Vivo company is the one of the best company there is very good atmosphere,and lots of salary an benifits they give us opportunity to grow, there is awesome promotion & Appraisal if we do good work with honesty,in vivo i learned lots of skill like Advanced Excel,Team management,work life balance.

Dislikes

In vivo a one problem which is i don't like job security it's the only one concern is mine.
