Salary increment process is worst, ASM will get Tl's salary, ZSM will get ASM's salary package. Incentive keeps changing on lower side whereas prices are going upwards. Promotion process is also based on favouritism.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is low no traveling allowance and career growth is slow
