Vivimed labs is not providing PF and bonus to employees, salary will be provided at the end of month, company also not providing basic facilities, work pressure is also very high poor work culture

...agement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth us slow. There is a bond of 2 tears before which you cannot resign.

No job security but good work culture. Management not so good at all.

They work all the time and do not pay salaries on time. They don't appreciate your work. no transport available No job security.

Office environment is always enjoyed and good, teammates also very supportive for everything

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
