I really like the work environment in sales.

Dislikes

Currently I'm working as collection agent on sales salary. Working for 10hrs and 6days a week. Collection agent are having more salary than we sales executive. Still Forcing us work extra hrs with no Over time allowance or incentives. Their is no job security at all. And on month end (29,30,31) we work for 13hrs straight. The hire bulk under graduate for work and more than half leave the office after a month but remaining stay due to financial issues. HR of this organisation will never support they agents.

Good work environment and culture and teammates are supportive and leads are more supportive & motivates you every time. I have learnt everything on job.

Dislikes

There is lots of politics by the management. Salary is less and growth is very low.

1.Timing 2.leaves 3. Too much gender discrimination 4.politics 5.no value for hard work only looks matters 6.qe should stay calm otherwise they will target us.

It's been 1 year 7 months since I have been working for vivifin, its a great experience for me to work and the knowledge i have got from the seniors, I have got some great resource and in the form of our TL's , Managers who always support and help us in any situation. Hope to move with company and head forward to gain other positions in future and achieve new heights for the company growth

There is nothing called dislike, but need an increase the salary has the salary benifits are some what low...

Job security is very week.management is well. company policy according work is very crucial

Working hours very bad morning 9 to evening 9 and no week offs Sunday's also we have to work in a month for 4 sunday they pay 1000 rupees if 1 Sunday we will be absent 1000 rupees incentive company won't pay no holidays on festivals.
