office politics is rampant, i guess Macchiavelli should have consulted them before writing his book the "Prince". From overworking hours during covid period, to flouting every possible guidelines during pandemic, to pressurize teachers beyond the brink of sanity to intentionally calling on Saturdays ( every 3rd saturday is a holiday)...pick your poison. u can survive only if you have a need to feed your family. A disgusting management who has run the school into ground by only focusing on money. most of the teachers are worthless.

During this difficult situation they removed most newly teacher...and make teacher jobless. Very bad experience. Poor school how they will support they no how to remove that also in difficult situation.. And they no how to beg whn they need teacher..

Dislikes

When they need teacher they beg even they beg me also to join.They make many new teacher job less and put them in difficult situation. The most worst school in jamshedpur and they play a good role in politics specially old teachers. And most important thing the mastermind was principal. Very bad experience.
