Very familiar each & everyone in the hospital.... Working environment is very peaceful.. Our seniors support us a lot as well they understand our personal problems too if I ask for any emergency leave or financial help ,,, they don't question back... Immediately manage the setuation.... Without job satisfaction no one can work in corporate culture,,, in my hospital that satisfaction is present 110%..
