Dislikes

Let’s make a list of dislikes- 1. They stop your salary and dunt pay the incentives and pressurise the doctors to work and they will the pending amount in coming months 2. Manager Mr Rohan Prashar is totally a disastrous person. Being jus an MBA from non medico background he thinks that he will the head of doctors and doctors should work under him. He doesn’t know anything about how to run the hospital and jus know few medical terms and keeps on chanting them in front of management. He earlier worked in Action Balaji in Delhi , he was fired from their only. Being a doctor you can’t even interact with that person. 3. They pressurise the doctor to do the unethical practise 4. The working culture is very very toxic 5 . Most of the staff is very tensed and not happy working there. 6 . Chairman keeps pinging doctor to write medicines according to his decided companies( which are of very bad quality and doesn’t have any effect of patient) 7. Totally unexperienced non medico staff with target of pleasing the chairman and making him happy 8. Technician doing ultrasound and they expect the other medicine doctor to accept that ultrasound 9. Management has very egoistic and unprofessional attitudes 10. Even if the doctor is on leave they make the opd in name of doctor and ask the technician to see the patient 11. They have dialysis technician working as RMO in emergency 12 they have a Kiran kumar Mukku ( you can Google it) a quack from south india to work as md medicine in their hospital and manager recruited it. 13. This manager ask the RMO for commission from salary and sometimes he brings quacks to work there( sharing even half of the salary) 14 . They have their BAMS , law colleges and management colleges and they get their teachers to work extra work as distributing sweets to the locals during Diwali, they expect the allopathic doctors to work like that teachers only. You are good only till u keep accepting your terms. They expect the doctors to keep licking and praise them 15. they change their terms and conditions according to their comfort.they allow one doctor for private practise and stop others There is endless list I wud definitely not recommend any genuine doctor to work there and trust me every written line is a truth there.
