They are not supporting us even there are lots of partiality, they have removed staff

Taj is big brand never expected that they will remove staff.... They can put there staff on leave without pay... But they should not remove the employees....even the Radisson brand has not removed any staff but taj has dine it... Same on taj

...am mates are very supportive. There is huge staff cafeteria and gaming as well .company policies are good and the appraisals are nice give good hike in salary and give bonus every year.

Taj has followed world class process/procedures which benifits individual for self development. Work environment is Challenging and hectic hence it helps to learn faster.

Dislikes

Work Life balance. Many times employees end up doing 12, 13 and even 14 hours shift without any compensation.

I have worked at Taj Vivanta Katra. The staff is good. There is good cooperation between employees. The kitchen staff provides with good food to the staff.

Dislikes

- Salary package - Rude behaviour of GM - HR says something else and does something else regarding your salary - All in all I feel like I have wasted my time working for Taj Vivanta.

Manpower is not there. Salary increment is not there 1 year experience and 3 years experience only one salary 10 thousand only. They are not giving postings and salary increments
