Manpower is not there. Salary increment is not there 1 year experience and 3 years experience only one salary 10 thousand only. They are not giving postings and salary increments

The best thing about that place was my team. So much supportive & caring. & Yes let's not forget about salary it was also good comparing to other companies.

Dislikes

The only thing that I dislike about Vivanta by Taj was that our seniors wanted us to b innovative in our work but never encourages any new ideas.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. But growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14- 15 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night

Likes

I like only their ethics. Rest I hate all of their work culture. Less salary. If it's the southern region all the local staffs are so arrogant and so much of partiality with the staffs from other parts of India.

I have worked at Taj Vivanta Katra. The staff is good. There is good cooperation between employees. The kitchen staff provides with good food to the staff.

Dislikes

- Salary package - Rude behaviour of GM - HR says something else and does something else regarding your salary - All in all I feel like I have wasted my time working for Taj Vivanta.
